Zonwaves was founded on a simple observation: in both healthcare supply and consumer retail, the difference between a good company and a frustrating one is almost never technology. It is whether someone answers the phone, whether the paperwork is right the first time, and whether the thing arrives when it was promised.
We operate two businesses under one roof in Santa Fe Springs, California. Both are deliberately small enough that the people making decisions are the same people talking to customers — and both are held to the same operating standard.

Zonwaves operates a home healthcare supply business and a consumer commerce business. They serve different customers, but they share a warehouse, a leadership team, and a definition of what "done properly" means.
Built around service, not scale.
Zonwaves Inc. is a privately held California company. We operate two businesses — a Medi-Cal-focused durable medical equipment supplier and a consumer commerce operation — from a single facility in Santa Fe Springs.
We are not trying to become large. Both businesses were built to be operated by people who understand the details: which HCPCS code applies, why a delivery window matters to a family, how a return should be handled when someone is already having a hard week. That focus is the entire strategy.
Our mission
To make necessary things easy to get. Whether that is a wheelchair covered by Medi-Cal or an everyday household order, the customer should not have to work to receive what they are owed.
Our people
A small team across operations, billing, and fulfillment — serving customers in English, Spanish, and Korean. Leadership works from the same facility as the warehouse floor.
